The main mission of the Department of Processes and Digitalisation is to support the different actors of the Ministry in the re-evaluation of internal and external processes and to facilitate the digital transformation of the Ministry.
The main activities of the department include the analysis and optimisation of existing processes, the implementation of IT solutions for the day-to-day management of files, as well as the analysis and modelling of collected data.
